HOA approval in Southern Utah

1. Pull your CC&Rs. Most do not explicitly mention permanent programmable lighting because the product is newer.

2. Submit architectural review request. We provide HOA-friendly documentation.

3. Frame Jellyfish as permanent architectural accent lighting – defaults to off, hidden under soffit.

4. Common denial reasons: blinking patterns year-round, visible track. Resolve with tasteful-use agreement.

5. Approval timeline: 2-6 weeks.

Color-matched aluminum track under soffit. Individually-addressable RGB-W LED pucks every 4 inches. Smart controller wall-mounted with dedicated 20A outlet. Wi-Fi connected, Jellyfish app control.
